A charitable trust · Amritsar, Punjab · Since 1973
What does it take to build a healthier nation?
Healthy body. Healthy mind. Healthy nation.
What we believe
- 01 Better health creates stronger families.
- 02 Better education creates stronger communities.
- 03 Better communities create a stronger nation.
Where we stand
Real people. Real work. Real consequences.
150+
Babies helped
Approximately 150 babies helped through our work with Red Cross, Punjab.
Free · Discounted
Healthcare access
Free and discounted healthcare initiatives for families who need them most.
Community
On the ground
Health, education, wellness and local initiatives, built with communities, not for them.
Healthcare
Care, without the barrier.
Why should access to care depend on income? The trust works to make healthcare more accessible through free and discounted care for families who would otherwise go without.
“Care should not depend on circumstance.”
Maternal and child health
150+
A beginning worth protecting.
Approximately 150 babies have been helped through our work with the Red Cross in Punjab. Quiet, unglamorous work, carried out one family at a time.
The female child
The future should never be limited by whether a child is born a boy or a girl.
The trust supports the health, education and independence of the girl child, so opportunity is a matter of ability, not circumstance of birth.
Education
A healthy mind is part of a healthy nation.
Education is preventive care for the future. The trust has directly sponsored children's education, treating learning and health as one continuous effort, not two separate causes.
Health
Care for the body
Education
Care for the mind
Wellness
Health isn't only about what happens in a hospital.
A healthy body and a healthy mind depend on prevention, community and quality of life, long before anyone needs treatment.
Community
Institutions matter. Communities are where change becomes real.
That has meant warm clothes and blankets through Punjab's harshest winters, and being present, year after year, in the everyday moments that matter locally.
Sustainability
A healthier nation needs a healthier planet.
Green drives and environmental responsibility are part of the same worldview as healthcare and education, not a separate initiative.
What comes next
What if healthcare could think faster?
The trust is exploring how technology can make care more efficient, more accessible and easier to deliver to more people. This is a direction we are exploring, not a product we have built.
